Ratiq connects to carrier APIs (Maersk, CMA CGM, etc.) using your own credentials. For carriers without APIs, we use secure browser automation. Rates are fetched in parallel — typically under 10 seconds for all carriers.
Auto-Reply has a hard confidence gate: it never fires if AI extraction confidence is below 90%. Low-confidence quotes always require manual review. Auto-Reply is off by default — you opt in per company, and a 15-second countdown with cancel button gives you full control.
All carrier API keys and login credentials are encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) before being stored. They are never exposed in logs, UI, or API responses. Only the quote engine decrypts them at runtime to fetch rates.
Yes. When a quote is ready, you get a Slack notification with Approve, Edit, and Reject buttons. The Edit flow opens a Slack modal — you can change carrier, adjust rates, add notes, and send the quote without leaving Slack. Microsoft Teams and Discord are also supported.
You get a warning email at day 25. At day 30, your account switches to read-only — you can still view existing quotes but can't process new ones. Upgrade anytime to resume. No data is deleted.
